Master Agreement Sunshine Proposal 2018-2021

The TANLA and NLMUSD initial proposals for the Master Agreement were "sunshined" at the Oct 8th School Board meeting. Negotiations are being scheduled and more information will be provided soon. Please take the time to review these proposals. The Organizing Team would like a show of support at the Oct. 22nd School Board meeting. Wear your BLUE TANLA shirts. This is the time to speak to the School Board as an educator and stakeholder. If you have questions regarding being a speaker please contact President Clay Walker prior to the meeting.

Supreme Court Decision - Janus v. AFSCME

Today the Supreme Court overturned more than four decades of precedent by making fair share fees for public sector workers unconstitutional in the Janus v. AFSCME case. During this time, it's important for members to know that when we stand together, we have power. TANLA will be posting more information as it is available on this important issue.
