TANLA Administrator Assessment
As we have done the last two years, we are providing you with the Administrator Assessment Survey for the 2019-2020 school year. We believe this process provides the opportunity for all certificated staff members to give input into the effectiveness of their administrator(s). Additionally, this process will generate sufficient feedback to administrators with the goal of enhancing the local educational culture thereby leading to increased levels of student achievement. Be assured that all results will be anonymous and held in the strictest of confidence.
The survey results from last year were given to each site principal, to appropriate administration. This year’s input from teachers will serve again as a comparison, in hopes that each administrator reflected on the results from the last two years and made efforts to improve their own leadership skills.
It was our goal to provide this survey on-line and include the opportunity for you to give input regarding the Deans and Assistant Principals at your sites as well. Please be sure to have your survey completed by the deadline. If you have any questions or need assistance completing the survey, please contact the TANLA office at your earliest convenience.
